Null brush fix

First of all: thanks for these nice components.

In case a shapefile has a null/transparent fill brush, an error occurs. The following change in the source code will fix this:

In SilverlightStyles.cs:

public static System.Windows.Media.Brush Convert(this Brush brush)
if (brush == null)
   return System.Windows.Media.Brushes.Transparent;
return new System.Windows.Media.SolidColorBrush(brush.Color.Convert());

How about setting the default pen width in Pen.cs in 1?

pen can be null. The renderers now check for this.
